Asesor In-House – Gestión de Inventario

About the role

The In‑House Advisor is responsible for managing, safeguarding and controlling automotive spare parts and lubricants inventory on the client’s premises. The role blends administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase‑order control and KPI reporting in SAP with hands‑on warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor inventory of spare parts and lubricants.
• Handle billing, purchase‑order verification and generate KPI reports using SAP.
• Perform warehouse activities: picking, packing, space organization and heavy‑object unloading.
• Serve as the primary internal customer service liaison and provide market feedback to the commercial team.

Required profile

• At least two semesters of university studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in inventory‑management positions.
• Valid motorcycle license (type M); vehicle license (A, B or C) is a plus.
