About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor who will provide personalized assistance to customers, understand their needs and propose appropriate product solutions. The role focuses on delivering excellent service and driving sales results.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Identify client needs through active listening and questioning.
- Present and recommend suitable products that meet identified needs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the product portfolio.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Excellent personal presentation and strong communication abilities.
- Proactive, responsible and well‑organized attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules as required.
