About the role

The company is looking for an Accounting Assistant to manage financial records and support the administration of corporate credit cards. The role ensures accurate financial information and compliance with established accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Enter sales and billing notes into SAP.
• Administer and execute corporate credit‑card movements.
• Prepare and present journal entries, integrations, and accounting policies.
• Coordinate accounting requirements for internal and external matters.
• Produce accounting reports and other financial documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and tax‑withholding calculations.

Required profile

• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• 2‑5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with Guatemalan regulations.
• Third‑year studies in Public Accounting, Economics or related fields, or a qualified accounting certification.
• Experience handling corporate credit cards and financial records.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP accounting modules.
