About the role

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented Billing Assistant to support the organization’s invoicing processes. The role ensures accurate electronic document issuance, timely data entry, and responsive handling of client billing inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Issue electronic invoices and credit notes according to established procedures.
• Assist with billing for rent, maintenance, parking, services, and other applicable concepts.
• Create and update client records in the SAP system.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of clients and contracts.
• Respond to client requests related to billing and documentation.
• Support the generation of administrative reports and controls for the department.
• Coordinate the issuance of electronic documents to meet internal and fiscal requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate in Accounting (Perito Contador) or a related bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in electronic invoicing and credit‑note issuance.
• Familiarity with electronic certification provider platforms.
• General accounting knowledge and understanding of VAT law.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience with client information management and administrative processes.
