About the role
Aura X Studio is looking for a bilingual Sales Assistant to join its remote team. You will help create and manage exclusive digital content for a global audience, fostering meaningful connections between creators and their followers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide chat‑based sales support for model accounts, ensuring 24/7 engagement.
- Manage and curate exclusive content for international audiences.
- Engage followers through real‑time messaging, building trust and driving revenue.
- Collaborate with the team to apply data‑backed strategies that improve conversion rates.
Required profile
- Novice experience in sales‑oriented chat support.
- Conversational English (B2) and fully fluent Spanish.
- Reliable laptop with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps).
- Strong texting ability and attention to detail.
