About the role

We are looking for an Auxiliar de Cocina to join our culinary team in Guatemala. You will support food service operations across multiple meal periods, ensuring that every dish is prepared with care and meets our high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Dispatch food during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack times.
  • Prepare a variety of products such as vegetables, sliced meats, dairy items, and dressings.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) to maintain food safety.
  • Thoroughly disinfect work surfaces before and after each shift.

Required profile

  • Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Strong focus on hygiene, safety, and quality.
  • Discipline and willingness to follow established procedures.

Required skills

  • Food preparation.
  • Food safety compliance (BPM).
  • Sanitation and proper equipment cleaning.
