About the role

We are looking for a Junior Purchasing Assistant for the Technology area. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn, develop professionally, and gain experience in technology procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the purchase of technology equipment, accessories, and supplies.
• Request and follow up on quotations from suppliers.
• Record and update information in procurement systems.
• Track purchase orders and deliveries.
• Maintain the area’s documentary control.
• Assist with administrative activities related to technology sourcing.

Required profile

• Complete secondary education and/or university studies.
• Purchasing experience is desirable.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic use of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic use of Microsoft Word.
• Basic use of Microsoft Outlook.
