About the role

The Maintenance Assistant provides support across multiple facility areas, executing work orders to keep the building, its equipment, and related amenities in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, and hydraulic pump systems.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain furniture, finishes, locks, lighting fixtures, and carpentry work.
• Ensure proper operation of kitchen and restaurant equipment such as stoves, ovens, refrigeration units, and exhaust fans.
• Assist with special events or temporary technical installations.
• Verify structural and functional safety of the pool and its accessories.
• Monitor pumps, filters, and oxygenation systems of the aquarium, reporting any issues that affect aquatic life or aesthetics.
• Carry out minor repairs and routine inspections of elevator systems.
• Respond promptly to urgent or critical failures at any time of day.

Required profile

• High school diploma (diversified); preferably with studies in plumbing, electricity, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar maintenance role.
