About the role
The Construction Helper supports field operations, working alongside technical staff and machine operators to ensure safe and efficient earth‑moving activities such as excavation, back‑filling, leveling and terrain shaping.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with manual tasks including area cleaning, basic profiling, material spreading and signage.
- Support machinery guidance and preparation of work sites.
- Help measure and verify levels, handle manual tools, and maintain order and safety on the work front.
- Follow supervisor instructions while respecting safety, occupational health and environmental standards.
Required profile
- Basic education completed.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar helper position.
