About the role
We are looking for a high‑earning bilingual sales professional to join the TravelPass account. The position is a full‑time, morning‑shift role based on‑site in Guatemala City, offering the chance to focus on sales while keeping afternoons free.
Required profile
- Advanced C1 English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven sales drive, experience in phone sales, lead conversion or a strong passion for commercial closing.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site at Plaza Zona 4, Guatemala City.
- Immediate availability to start training on October 12.
What we offer
- Uncapped earning potential – average monthly earnings of Q10,250+ (base Q5,000 plus commissions).
- Early morning schedule from 07:30 AM to 02:30 PM, leaving afternoons free.
- Fully paid onboarding and nesting training (Monday‑Friday 06:00 AM‑01:00 PM).
