Brand Marketing & Activation Senior Analyst (QSR/HORECA)

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead brand marketing and activation for its Away‑From‑Home (AFH) portfolio across Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and HORECA channels. You will shape communication strategies, drive sustainable growth, and ensure profitability for the Salty, Quaker and Gamesa business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for AFH sub‑channels including institutional, food service, franchises, tenders and vending.
• Design commercial plans focused on new consumption moments and sustainable revenue growth.
• Manage and grow key accounts, identify strategic new customers, and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate and restructure commercial agreements to increase sales volume.
• Monitor budgets, track performance indicators, and ensure channel targets are met.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to align commercial plans and ensure effective market execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing/trade experience in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with organized, traditional or wholesale channels.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a willingness to adapt to change.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Power BI.
• Advanced use of Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
