Business Learning Specialist – Training Transformation

About the role

The Business Learning Specialist will design and deliver engaging, role‑based training programs for CoreLogic employees at all levels. Working within the Managed Learning Services team, you will enhance associates’ skills and performance on CoreLogic platforms and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions using techniques such as role‑playing, simulations, team exercises, discussions, videos and lectures.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor trainee progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Track and analyze course evaluations, identify trends and update training materials.
• Provide feedback and support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
• Assist with analytics or learning coordination during low‑facilitation periods.
• Maintain stakeholder communication, present updates, negotiate expectations and manage timelines.
• Develop job aids, document business rules and standardize work methodologies.
• Maintain confidentiality and build relationships across internal departments.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience delivering client‑focused training or learning solutions.
• Strong English proficiency (C1 level) – oral and written.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and motivation theory.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Google Workspace tools (Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail).
• Reporting and analysis skills, including flowchart creation and scorecard reporting.
