Business Operations Specialist

About the role

indrive is expanding its Ride‑Hailing department in Guatemala and seeks a Business Operations Specialist to own the driver operations process across the region. You will lead a team of agents, optimise the driver acquisition funnel, and drive initiatives that maximise driver lifecycle value.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and optimise driver engagement processes, from attraction to long‑term retention.
• Lead, motivate and train a team of agents focused on driver acquisition and activation.
• Monitor and improve KPIs across the driver funnel, including app installation, order completion and territory performance.
• Design and execute incentive and motivational programmes for agents and drivers.
• Support activation and reactivation strategies, managing third‑party partnerships to boost onboarding.
• Oversee CRM and communication quality, refining scripts and AI‑driven tools.
• Travel within Guatemala to support city launches and local recruitment campaigns.
• Track competitor activity and ensure cross‑functional alignment with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel applied to driver acquisition.
• Proven experience in large‑scale recruitment or sales with target‑driven performance.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (in progress or completed).
• Experience managing sales or recruitment teams is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills for recruitment challenges.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced, evolving market conditions.

Required skills

• Intermediate or advanced Excel for data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Experience with CRM tools for driver communication and onboarding.
