Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (FinOps)

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer with a strong FinOps focus to strengthen and optimise our technology infrastructure. You will ensure the availability, security and efficiency of our cloud services while controlling and reducing cloud costs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise cloud platforms on AWS and/or Azure.
• Manage hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
• Monitor service availability, performance and capacity.
• Maintain infrastructure components such as networks, servers and virtualisation.
• Handle access management, identities and cloud security policies.
• Analyse consumption, billing and cost data for cloud services.
• Implement FinOps strategies for cost optimisation and governance.
• Participate in migration, modernisation and automation projects.
• Support business continuity and disaster‑recovery initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum 3 years) in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in infrastructure and cloud platform administration.
• Proven experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience in cloud billing, cost analysis and optimisation.
• Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure, virtualisation, networking and servers.
• Automation, scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledge is a plus.
• Cloud certifications or FinOps experience are valued.
• Analytical, proactive, organised and results‑oriented with strong teamwork skills.
