About the role
The Collection Manager will lead the collections process for unsecured loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collections for allocated debt accounts.
- Track portfolio performance for specific buckets in the assigned area.
- Ensure collection processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain administrative data, update delinquent account history, and produce MIS reports.
- Review collection feedback daily, weekly and monthly.
- Design calling strategies and dialer management for the collection team.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of experience in unsecured loans collections.
- Proven team management skills.
- Experience with personal and business loans preferred.
- Background in collections for banks or large NBFCs is a plus.
