A detail-oriented Collections Specialist is sought to manage outstanding accounts and help secure the financial resources supporting the company's global services. The role suits someone who is strong in communication and has experience managing accounts.
Required profile
- Previous experience in collections or similar roles
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Problem-solving mindset
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office, with Excel required
