Community Manager & Digital Trafficker

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager & Digital Trafficker to lead our content strategy, community engagement and paid media campaigns across digital platforms. Based in the historic city of Antigua Guatemala, you will help grow our brand by creating valuable content, attracting leads and optimizing ad performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar for social media channels.
• Manage and grow online communities, fostering engagement and loyalty.
• Plan, launch and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC) and adjust strategies to meet conversion goals.
• Analyze data using GA4 and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and copy teams to produce creative assets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in social media management and digital advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPI data.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Competence in Canva, CapCut and basic Adobe tools.
• Use of scheduling and analytics platforms such as Metricool, Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.
