About the role
The Comodín role at Mass Franquicias supports daily store operations in Guatemala City. Working full‑time on‑site, you will assist multiple areas of the business, ensuring smooth customer service, inventory flow and basic administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑line customer service and operate the cash register.
- Replenish shelves, maintain store order and cleanliness.
- Assist with basic administrative duties when required.
- Help prepare promotional materials and set up in‑store offers.
- Organise inventory counts and support stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to keep operations agile and efficient.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service attitude with clear communication.
- Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Flexibility to switch tasks and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Team‑player mindset, responsibility and commitment to company goals.
- Previous experience in retail, franchising or operational support is valued.
