About the role
The Universidad del Valle de Guatemala is looking for a Conserje to provide maintenance, cleaning, security and general support within the Campus Altiplano facilities. The role ensures a safe, orderly and functional environment for students, staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out infrastructure remodels, including masonry work.
- Perform plumbing tasks and repairs.
- Patch and paint walls, ceilings and other surfaces.
- Clean assigned areas according to a programmed schedule.
- Prune trees, maintain garden appearance and pressure‑wash external zones.
- Assist in event set‑up and general campus assistance.
Required profile
- Basic education level (Tercero Básico).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar operational roles.
- Strong service attitude, punctuality and manual dexterity.
