Consultor Funcional de Cuentas SAP

About the role

We are looking for a SAP Functional Consultant specialized in Accounts to join our multidisciplinary teams in Guatemala. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients maximize the value of SAP solutions while ensuring high‑impact service experiences and long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end relationship with enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction, growth and loyalty.
• Provide strategic guidance on the evolution and utilization of SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and Ariba.
• Track client activities through portals, internal tools and processes, preparing minutes, reports and follow‑up actions.
• Monitor service indicators and compliance with agreed‑upon service levels.
• Identify upselling, renewal and continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal Basis, Architecture and Operations teams to guarantee proper solution delivery.
• Participate in incident resolution, promoting a positive and efficient client experience.
• Operate autonomously in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, managing multiple tasks with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferably trained in Customer Success, service management or agile methodologies.
• Functional knowledge of SAP solutions and the broader business ecosystem.
• Minimum three years of experience with cloud SaaS/ERP solutions, SAP ecosystem (ideally S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba) and B2B account management.
