Consultor Senior de Procesos y Diagnóstico de Sistemas (Regional)

About the role

The Senior Process & System Diagnosis Consultant will ensure that the regional installed base derives measurable value from its SAP Business One investment and operational processes. By conducting diagnostics that quantify functional and process gaps, and by leading improvement projects, the consultant will help clients increase system usage, adopt verifiable procedural adjustments, and uncover growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute quality implementation diagnostics on the regional installed base to determine functional utilization of SAP Business One per client.
• Map client value‑chain processes, assess user knowledge against best practices, and identify usage gaps and reinforcement needs.
• Identify unmet requirements, recommend vertical solutions, and support the SAP consulting and commercial teams in scoping.
• Design low‑effort improvement actions for specific pain points and deliver short‑term, verifiable results.
• Prepare statistical diagnostic reports and present findings to client executives for decision‑making.
• Conduct on‑site operational process diagnostics, delivering as‑is flowcharts, process sheets, findings, and mitigation recommendations.
• Lead end‑to‑end operational improvement projects, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, procedural design, control tools, and training until verified user adoption.
• Support the commercial team in pre‑sales activities by estimating effort and substantiating proposal calculations.

Required profile

• Degree or engineering in industrial engineering, systems, administration or a related field.
• Super‑user knowledge of SAP Business One across transversal value‑chain modules, verifiable.
• Proven experience documenting as‑is processes (flowcharts, process sheets).
• Experience leading operational improvement projects of at least eight weeks with client staff.
• Experience presenting results and recommendations to executive level.
• English reading comprehension of technical documentation.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and a Business Intelligence tool with ability to build reports from scratch.
• Willingness to travel one week per month abroad and valid migration documents for the four coverage countries.
