Content Creator & Diseñador Digital

About the role

We are looking for a creative professional who can take ideas from concept to finished digital assets. The role combines graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing to produce high‑impact content for several beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Produce photography and video that respects each brand’s visual identity.
• Create and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories and other vertical formats.
• Handle composition, lighting, framing and visual storytelling.
• Edit dynamic videos ready for publication on social platforms.
• Propose concepts, trends and adapt campaigns to multiple digital formats.
• Manage deliverables for several brands simultaneously and support event coverage.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial and Education teams.

Required profile

• 1‑2 + years of proven experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Advertising, Marketing or a related field.
• Portfolio that includes graphic designs, reels, videos, photography and social‑media content.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfort working with different brand styles and visual guidelines.

What we offer

• Base salary Q6,000 + up to Q1,000 KPI bonus.
• Permanent contract with full legal benefits.
• Full‑time onsite schedule (Mon‑Fri, 8:00‑17:30).
• Fuel allowance for off‑site content creation.
• Location: Calzada La Paz, Zona 5, Guatemala City.
