Coordinador de Centro de Distribución

About the role

The Distribution Center Coordinator will be responsible for managing the storage of finished products destined for export. You will ensure efficient inventory handling, maintain optimal stock levels, and work closely with the logistics team to guarantee timely receipt and dispatch of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and supervise storage space to guarantee proper inventory handling.
• Maintain exhaustive control of inventory levels to ensure optimal coverage for distribution needs.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to synchronize product receipt and subsequent dispatch.
• Implement best storage practices and ensure compliance with quality and health regulations in the food industry.
• Analyze inventory variations, report findings, and propose corrective actions or process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the frozen food sector.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong personnel management abilities, excellent numerical skills, and good interpersonal relations.
• Residency in Escuintla, Palín or nearby areas.
