About the role

The position is responsible for managing and ensuring the quality of the national customer database while leading projects that improve and transform commercial processes and sales models. The role coordinates planning, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of initiatives that optimise commercial operations and support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, update and guarantee the quality of the customer database across the country.
• Lead optimisation and improvement projects for commercial processes.
• Define objectives, work plans, schedules and performance indicators for assigned projects.
• Coordinate the rollout of new initiatives, tools and operating models.
• Manage required technological, human and budgetary resources.
• Monitor commercial, operational and efficiency indicators.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose data‑based solutions.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support decision making.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure deliverables are met.
• Ensure documentation and standardisation of implemented processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating commercial or data‑related projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
