CPFR Specialist – Collaborative Planning

About the role

Corporación Arium, a leading distributor of fast‑moving consumer goods, is looking for a CPFR Specialist to strengthen its supply chain through collaborative planning and results‑driven execution. You will work closely with customers, brands and internal teams to ensure product availability, improve service levels and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor joint demand forecasts with customers and brands.
• Analyze sales, inventory and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate supply plans to guarantee product availability.
• Track performance indicators such as service level, fill rate, inventory days and turnover.
• Identify risks of stock‑outs or excess inventory and propose corrective actions.
• Lead follow‑up meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review category performance.
• Produce reports and analyses that support commercial and logistical decision‑making.
• Promote continuous‑improvement initiatives in planning and replenishment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CPFR, demand planning, supply planning or supply‑chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, inventory management and demand projection.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to interact with customers, suppliers and commercial teams.
