Creative Copywriter / Digital Content Creator (Guatemala)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital creative agency looking for a passionate Creative who excels at disruptive ideas, native digital storytelling, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will not only write compelling copy but also think strategically to deliver innovative concepts for advertising campaigns and native digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and execute advertising campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels.
• Write advertising copy, scripts, slogans and storytelling adapted to various media.
• Create and author native digital content for social media platforms.
• Participate in directing audiovisual projects that bring ideas to life.
• Produce content for multiple digital platforms.
• Interpret, analyse and transform communication briefs into powerful ideas.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and account teams to deliver integrated proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative writing and campaign conceptualisation.
• Strong ability to craft native digital narratives with clear, persuasive, emotionally‑impactful storytelling.
• Track record of generating fresh, trend‑aligned ideas.
• Experience directing or contributing to audiovisual productions.
• Deep familiarity with digital culture, social media and emerging content formats.
• Strategic and analytical mindset for brief interpretation.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative attitude.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
