Customer Experience Associate II

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Customer Experience Associate II to join its call‑center team. In this position you will provide front‑line support to Fortune‑100 clients and government agencies, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution of customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Assess inbound calls and determine whether immediate service, transfer, or follow‑up is required.
• Identify customer needs by reviewing case notes and treating each interaction as a unique case.
• Execute routine call‑center activities using standard scripts and guidelines while meeting service‑level agreements.
• Provide specialized information to customers in a warm, empathetic manner.
• Gather and enter all necessary data into the internal database.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff based on complaints or concerns.
• Explain company policies clearly to callers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to all company policies and standards.

Required profile

• Experience performing business support or technical work that involves data organization and coordination.
• Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and self‑guidance.
• Effective interpersonal communication and information exchange.
• Capacity to manage own workload without supervisory responsibilities.
