Customer Service Representative

About the role

Our client, a residential solar company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners using their solar solutions. The role involves assisting customers through phone, email or chat, ensuring a smooth experience from initial inquiry to post‑installation support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about solar services and answer customer inquiries.
• Handle complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Document interactions, update client records and track follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to maintain a consistent client experience.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center environment is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette, communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic and professional in difficult situations.
• Positive, service‑oriented attitude and a team‑player mindset.
