Customer Success Development Representative

About the role

As a Customer Success Development Representative (CSDR) you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them see the value of meeting with their Customer Success Manager. This entry‑level position offers a fast track into the tech industry, allowing you to develop strong communication skills while directly influencing customer retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and send emails to schedule meetings between clients and their Customer Success Manager.
• Explain the benefits of CSM meetings and how they improve the client’s experience and success.
• Maximise the number of booked meetings, as each meeting drives retention and expansion.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on client needs.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level (oral and written).
• 1 year of customer‑facing experience (mandatory).
• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field (desirable).
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly organized, excellent time‑management and a team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail).
