Dental Account Manager – Central America

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to lead the sales of our dental digital workflow solutions across Central America, with a focus on Guatemala. You will work closely with our dealer partners, visit dental practices, and represent Shining 3D Dental at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and manage the distribution network for dental digital products in Central America, achieving assigned sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Develop deep product knowledge of scanners, printers, resins and related solutions to support customers.
• Gather and analyse market and industry intelligence to shape sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional activities such as roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations and the development of key opinion leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self‑driven and action‑oriented with strong market development and account management abilities.
• Goal‑focused, high achievement orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in the medical, dental or clinical industry is strongly preferred.
