About the role
The company is seeking a Dibujante to create and develop architectural designs, guiding projects from initial concept through to final plans and detailed drawings. The role ensures each project meets high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop complete architectural designs from concept to finished drawings.
- Produce detailed plans and specifications that adhere to quality and aesthetic standards.
- Perform quantity take‑offs and prepare preliminary cost estimates.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design feasibility.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar drafting or design position.
- Proven experience in developing full architectural plans.
- Experience with quantity estimation and preliminary budgeting.
- Methodical, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., CAD/BIM tools).
