About the role

Spectrum Media is looking for a creative professional who can turn ideas into real brand experiences. You will work closely with the commercial and creative teams to develop innovative brand activations for clients across the company’s business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of brand experiences from concept to implementation.
• Translate client objectives into creative concepts and commercial proposals.
• Research trends, references and new ways to connect brands with audiences.
• Coordinate agencies, suppliers and strategic partners to bring projects to life.
• Evaluate alternatives that balance creativity, quality and profitability.
• Prepare commercial presentations for internal and external clients.
• Monitor each project to ensure the final result matches the approved proposal.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to define brand‑aligned solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of new formats and experiences within Spectrum Media.
