About the role
The Telemarketing Executive will contact potential customers by phone to advise, negotiate and close sales of assistance programs and insurance policies. The role focuses on achieving set commercial targets while delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospect databases and handle inbound calls from interested leads.
- Present the benefits of assistance services and insurance products, adapting the pitch to each client’s situation.
- Manage objections, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements.
- Record all interactions and follow‑up actions in the company’s CRM system.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telephone sales or call‑center environments, preferably in intangible products, insurance or assistance services.
- Completed high school education or currently enrolled in university studies.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities, with resilience to handle rejection.
