About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketing Executives to join a fast‑growing fintech. You will promote financial services and products by making outbound calls, identifying client needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone and generate qualified leads.
• Explain fintech products, assess client requirements, and propose appropriate financial solutions.
• Achieve weekly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes using digital tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Highly active and passionate about phone‑based sales.
• Minimum 6 months experience in telephone sales or call‑center customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
• Available to work on‑site in Zone 10 during the scheduled shifts.
