Ejecutivo de Ventas – Resultados y Relaciones Comerciales

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to join Clarion Suites Guatemala. The role focuses on building and maintaining commercial relationships with clients, promoting the hotel’s services, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and international market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Travel to various locations within Guatemala and abroad as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent; secretarial or accounting technician background is a plus.
• 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00 and Saturdays 8:30‑12:30.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
