About the role

The Senior Business and Services Executive will advise bank clients on the most suitable financial products and services, strengthening relationships and achieving commercial targets. The role combines direct sales, client onboarding, and field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients in selecting financial products such as credit cards, loans, and savings accounts.
• Identify and prospect new potential customers for banking products.
• Manage an assigned client portfolio, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Conduct product affiliation activities both in‑person and via telephone.
• Participate in bank commercial activations and events.
• Digitize and manage required documentation for each process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in direct sales of financial products.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and acquire new clients.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 9:30 am‑6:00 pm and Saturdays 9:30 am‑2:00 pm.
• Willingness to work 70% in the field and 30% in the office.
