Employee Engagement & Branding Specialist

About the role

Allied Global is seeking an Employee Engagement & Branding Specialist to strengthen its employer brand and create memorable experiences for staff across its Guatemalan locations. The role blends digital communication, event coordination, and partnership development to boost employee connection, recognition, and overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the employee branding digital strategy, including content calendar, creative asset production, social‑media monitoring, analytics reporting and market benchmarking.
• Plan and execute corporate events and engagement activities that foster team connection, culture, recognition and a sense of belonging.
• Maintain and expand the employee benefits portfolio by building relationships with external partners and identifying new initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, employee engagement, employer branding or related communications roles.
• Strong communication, organization, creativity, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with capacity to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
