About the role

Procreto is looking for a Dispatch and Distribution Manager to oversee the efficient handling of construction material products in its Villa Nueva facility. The role ensures accurate product identification, coordinates loading activities, and maintains inventory integrity while supporting cross‑departmental teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify products by code and production date.
• Coordinate with forklift operators to locate and dispatch products.
• Verify and control product loading onto trucks.
• Track and record damaged goods during loading and order preparation.
• Assist in order coordination with Sales, Production, and Logistics departments.
• Follow up on returns and manage the corresponding processes.
• Support inventory counts and maintain proper stock control.
• Efficiently manage storage space using the FIFO (PEPS) method.
• Help coordinate personnel and loads when the yard requires assistance.
• Facilitate communication between areas to ensure smooth operations.
• Report opportunities for improvement in dispatch processes.

Required profile

• Accounting graduate or university student in accounting.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturday half‑day.
• Strong numerical ability.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Preferably experience in a construction material manufacturing company.
