About the role

We are looking for a Distribution and Dispatch Manager to oversee product handling and shipment operations at our Villa Nueva facility. The role ensures accurate product identification, efficient loading, and smooth coordination between warehouse, sales, production and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify products by code and production date.
• Coordinate with forklift operators to locate and dispatch products.
• Verify and control goods loaded onto trucks.
• Track damaged items during loading and order preparation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production and Logistics departments to manage orders.
• Follow up on returns and process them accordingly.
• Support inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Manage storage space using FIFO (PEPS) methodology.
• Assist in personnel and load coordination when the yard requires.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Report process improvement opportunities in dispatch.

Required profile

• Accounting qualification (Perito Contador) or university student in a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in distribution, dispatch or warehouse operations.
• Experience in construction‑materials manufacturing is desirable.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including half‑day Saturdays.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
