Facilities Manager

About the role

As the Facilities Manager at Athena, you will lead day‑to‑day operations of facilities, office services, and workplace experience across assigned locations. You will ensure safety, compliance, operational efficiency, and a high‑quality employee environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire protection, generators, UPS, elevators, CCTV, access control, mechanical equipment) remain functional.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and manage corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Manage soft services such as reception, visitor management, mailroom, logistics, pantry, cleaning, waste, workspace reservations, parking, and asset management.
• Partner with security, housekeeping, IT, HR, finance, procurement, legal, and business leaders to support growth and employee engagement.
• Drive workplace experience initiatives, engagement activities, wellness programs, and office activations.
