Foreign Trade Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Foreign Trade Analyst to join our regional operations team. The professional will support import and export activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all import and export processes, from documentation to customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade agreements and Incoterms.
• Track in‑transit inventory and manage inventory records.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve lead times across the logistics network.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, customs brokers, carriers and logistics providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in import/export operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with SEADEX or similar customs platforms.
