About the role

We are looking for a Pharma Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies, market analysis and launch initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector. The role focuses on driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement product strategies aligned with market needs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Plan and execute product launches across multiple regions.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust marketing tactics to achieve targets.
• Travel to cities and departments to build and maintain relationships with key customers.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated achievements in increasing sales through marketing strategies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary range between Q20,000 and Q25,000 per month.
• Variable commissions of approximately Q10,000.
