About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead the execution of logistics park construction projects, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with contractors, managing resources, and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise compliance with all applicable construction regulations and permits.
• Ensure each project phase stays within the authorized budget.
• Allocate and manage resources to meet established deadlines.
• Develop, maintain, and track construction schedules in collaboration with main contractors.
• Monitor construction quality to meet codes, standards, and technical specifications.
• Implement and enforce occupational safety and health procedures.
• Coordinate engineering planning and development across disciplines.
• Keep project documentation and records up to date.
• Follow up on permits and licenses with relevant governmental entities.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree or a Master’s in Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in logistics, industrial, or commercial parks.
• Proven ability in planning, execution, supervision, and comprehensive project control.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, systems, processes, and occupational safety regulations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Leadership, results orientation, negotiation, planning, organization, and effective client relationship management.
