About the role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end execution of a portfolio of vertical construction projects running simultaneously. This role ensures schedules, budgets, quality standards, productivity and delivery commitments are met while turning planning into a predictable, efficient and profitable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the simultaneous execution of multiple vertical construction projects at various development stages.
• Direct and monitor Project Managers, Site Residents, Construction Supervisors and other project leads to achieve set objectives.
• Ensure master schedule compliance, proactively identifying risks, delays and critical activities.
• Maintain comprehensive control over budgets, costs, quality, contractors, resources and execution timelines.
• Analyze schedule and cost deviations, develop recovery plans and oversee their implementation.
• Develop and monitor construction forecasts, anticipating resource, hiring, procurement and potential variances.
• Prioritize resources across projects based on criticality, progress, financial impact and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate planning and execution with Procurement, Planning, Cost, Finance, Commercial, Quality and Customer Service areas.
• Manage strategic contractors, evaluating compliance, productivity, quality and responsiveness.
• Track performance indicators for projects and the overall portfolio, providing reliable data for decision‑making.
• Present progress, risks, deviations, forecasts and action plans to senior management.
• Develop project leaders, ensuring clear responsibilities, follow‑up and accountability.
• Maintain active on‑site presence, combining strategic portfolio vision with direct execution insight.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, predictability and profitability.
• Ensure operational decisions support commercial commitments, deliveries and project cash‑flows.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Construction, Administration, Project Management or similar is desirable.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Extensive experience leading multiple large‑scale construction projects simultaneously.
