About the role

The Project Manager will coordinate and supervise construction projects focused on metal structures, ensuring proper assembly and on‑time delivery. The role requires efficient management of personnel and resources, continuous progress tracking, and client reporting to guarantee quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise metal‑structure construction projects from start to completion.
• Ensure correct assembly of steel structures and adherence to project schedules.
• Manage project personnel, allocate resources, and monitor daily progress.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Address client concerns promptly to achieve high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Civil Engineer or Architect degree.
• Master’s in Project Management (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction with a focus on metal structures.
• Proven experience in steel‑structure assembly and project delivery.
• Ability to mobilize to project sites as needed.
• Strong personnel management and reporting skills.
