Gestor Domiciliar – Mobile Payment Collector

About the role

We are looking for dynamic, committed individuals to perform on‑site payment collection across the city and nearby municipalities. The role requires a personal motorcycle, good knowledge of the area and the ability to interact professionally with customers while following a set route.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned zones on a motorcycle to collect outstanding payments.
• Use GPS navigation to optimize routes and reach customers efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and report daily activity.
• Provide courteous customer service and resolve basic inquiries.
• Ensure the motorcycle and equipment are kept in good condition.

Required profile

• Previous experience in collections, messenger services or customer support (preferred).
• Own a well‑maintained motorcycle and a valid Type M driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of the city and surrounding municipalities.
• Ability to work independently, follow schedules and meet collection targets.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation for data entry.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation tools.
