Graphic Designer

About the role

Secret Agency is a subscription‑based design studio that partners with funded startups to deliver websites, brand systems, landing pages and launch assets. As a Graphic Designer you will join a fast‑growing remote team and create high‑quality visual work for a diverse client roster, including a national daycare chain, a film studio, an AI‑focused defense company and a music brand.

Key responsibilities

• Produce polished graphics, layouts and visual assets that meet client expectations and uphold the studio’s craftsmanship standards.
• Manage multiple client queues simultaneously, providing status updates and communicating progress daily.
• Collaborate with the founder and other team members via Slack and the project management tool to ensure transparent workflow.
• Prioritize tasks, flag blockers early, and adjust queues openly when new requests arrive.
• Maintain accurate records in the project system, ensuring all tasks, dates and comments are up‑to‑date.
