Growth Market Associate Manager – Distributor Transformation

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Growth Market Associate Manager to lead distributor‑related transformation initiatives across the region. This role bridges strategy and execution, turning high‑level business opportunities into structured, measurable action plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic planning, governance and execution of distributor transformation projects, ensuring alignment with commercial and growth priorities.
• Translate business opportunities into actionable roadmaps with defined milestones, owners, KPIs and governance structures.
• Establish project‑management standards, tracking mechanisms and executive reporting cadence.
• Monitor project health, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment among Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Legal, Sales Operations and distributor partners.
• Facilitate strategic discussions and decision‑making forums with senior stakeholders and distributor leadership.
• Influence without direct authority to ensure accountability and execution across multiple teams and markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale transformation or strategic projects in a consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable results.
