Growth Operator – Ecommerce, SEO & Outbound

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing CPG wellness company, is looking for a versatile Growth Operator to own the growth engine across two direct‑to‑consumer brands. This generalist role combines ecommerce marketing, technical SEO, and outbound outreach, giving you full ownership of outcomes and the tools to achieve them.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO and GEO initiatives, including technical SEO, site architecture, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, indexation, and internal linking.
• Develop keyword and entity strategies for a competitive supplements and wellness market.
• Manage content production and AI‑assisted drafting, ensuring high‑quality optimization.
• Drive Generative Engine Optimization to secure brand citations in AI answers (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Own Ahrefs Brand Radar dashboard and report AI share of voice monthly.
• Run outbound sequences to retail buyers, brokers, and distribution partners, building target lists in Apollo and Clay.
• Maintain inbox and domain health (warm‑up, sending caps, SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
• Oversee product data, listings, and inventory‑facing content across Shopify and TikTok Shop.
• Organize creator affiliate program, track outreach, collect content, and coordinate payouts.
• Own SOPs, organic and lifecycle performance, email/SMS flows, campaigns, segmentation, and weekly reporting on traffic, conversion, AOV, and repeat rate.
• Support paid social by producing creative concepts and briefs.

Required profile

• Strong ecommerce marketing experience with proven results.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge.
• Comfort running outbound outreach sequences.
• High fluency with AI tools integrated into daily workflow.
• Generalist mindset, ownership attitude, and detail‑oriented approach.
