Head of Real Estate Project Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Real Estate Project Planning to lead the planning function for our real‑estate developments in Guatemala. The role combines analytical vision, technical leadership and cross‑functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Structure, integrate and monitor the overall planning of real‑estate projects, including schedules, budgets and critical milestones.
• Identify and anticipate risks, implement mitigation actions and keep projects on track.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain compliance with local construction regulations and standards.
• Report progress to senior management and adjust plans as needed.

Required profile

• Architect or Civil Engineer degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and managing real‑estate or construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams, negotiate, communicate effectively and focus on results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D.
